WAHINE RISING

Wahine Rising is a leadership program created to help elevate our future women leaders. This program focuses on potential women leaders looking to build core competencies.

Through facilitated classes and our Mink Wahine Leadership events, the women will learn about various leadership issues and topics that are relevant to their personal and professional development.

PATSY T. MINK LEADERSHIP ALLIANCE

The Patsy T. Mink Leadership Alliance was launched in 2016 to increase the representation of women executives in Hawaii. Today we celebrate an alumnae base of 150 Mink Leaders representing diverse industries including Finance, Health, Energy, Education, Insurance, Construction, Legal, State and Government Agencies as well as Entrepreneurs and Non-Profits.

MINK WAHINE LEADERSHIP SERIES

As a Special Non-Profit Partner for Hawaii Business Magazine’s Wahine Forum Conference, the Patsy T. Mink Center for Business & Leadership (MCBL) hosts four Mink Wahine events throughout the year as an extension of the event. The Mink Wahine Leadership Series focuses on various issues and topics that are relevant to professional women in Hawaii.
